Tax Collector
The Tax Collector is responsible for the collection of Real Estate Taxes, Fire Real Estate Taxes, Street Light Taxes, County Taxes and School District Taxes.  The Tax Collector is elected by the residents of the township to a four year term.
The tax office is located in the North Middleton Township Municipal Building.  Township staff cannot accept tax payments when the tax collector is not in her office.  All tax payments must be handled by the tax collector.  Residents can either mail their tax payments, bring them to the tax collector's office during her scheduled business hours, or drop them in the drop box located beside the front door of the Municipal Building.

Tax bills are mailed to taxpayers twice a year.  County and Municipal Tax bills are mailed on March 1st and include the county and municipal real estate taxes, fire real estate taxes, and street light taxes.  School Tax bills are mailed on July 1st and they are for the school district taxes.

If your real estate taxes are escrowed with your mortgage, please forward the tax bills to your mortgage company.

**The Municipal Per Capita Tax is a personal tax on any resident 18 years and older that lives in North Middleton Township.  this tax is separate from your real estate taxes.  This tax is NOT included with your mortgage escrow.
