Under the direction of the Board of Supervisors, the Township Manager manages all aspects of the Township government, supervises Township personnel, prepares the budget, maintains Township records and ensures compliance with all applicable policies, ordinances, and laws.
John M. Epley was hired as Township Manager in September, 2018. John served as Township Manager for West Pennsboro Township from June, 2005 until April, 2015; and prior to coming to North Middleton Township, he was Borough Manager for Shippensburg Borough from May, 2015 until September, 2018.
